  Buff-colored, kidney-shaped bean with a black spot at the inner curve. Sold fresh
or dried. Black-eyed peas require less soaking than other dried beans, and presoaked black-eyed peas are also available.

Storing Tips
  Black-eyed peas will keep refrigerated for about two weeks. Pre-soaked beans
